The Hamilton Flea is seeking vendors that are interested in providing patrons a unique, creative, and artistic selection of products. The Hamilton Flea will selectively curate the event to include the top local vendors in areas such as: antique and re-purposed furniture, specialized jewelry, distinctive artwork, vintage clothing, and assorted crafts / products.
Vendor Application: Once the vendor application is received, the Hamilton Flea will make decisions about applications within two weeks after the APPLICATION DEADLINE (in application below) - please do not email or call prior to the application deadline. We thank you for your patience as we select from so many high quality vendors!
Fee structure: In an effort to make the event inclusive to a wide range of talented vendors, we have structured our fees as follows:
$50 one time event fee. If selected, payment is expected no later than 2 weeks prior to each event.
Vendors are responsible for their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs. Please note: Electricity will not be provided.
Vendors will be expected to obtain a vendor's license in order to attend events.
If selected, the vendor will be emailed instructions on how to pay the applicable fee(s) for the event(s) electronically.
