The Hamilton Flea is a supporter of giving back to the community. Any non-profit organization is encouraged to apply.

There is no cost to apply, but there are some things the organization should be aware of:

  1. Organizations will be responsible for securing their own volunteers for the duration of the event.

  2. Organizations will need to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display.

  3. Hamilton Flea will promote the selected organization prior to the event.

  4. We kindly ask that you do not ask our vendors to provide monetary donations.

  5. We are looking for organizations that are seeking donations, not only monetary donations.

Applications are available from Jan. 1st, 2019 - March 1st, 2019 for the 2019 season.

Hamilton Flea will make the selections by April 1st, 2019 - please do not email prior to the application deadline. We thank you for your patience as we reviewing many non-profit organizations' applications!
