The Hamilton Flea is a supporter of giving back to the community. Any non-profit organization is encouraged to apply.
There is no cost to apply, but there are some things the organization should be aware of:
- Organizations will be responsible for securing their own volunteers for the duration of the event.
- Organizations will need to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display.
- Hamilton Flea will promote the selected organization prior to the event.
- We kindly ask that you do not ask our vendors to provide monetary donations.
- We are looking for organizations that are seeking donations, not only monetary donations.
Applications are available from Jan. 1st, 2018- March 15th, 2018 for the 2018 season.
Hamilton Flea will make the selections by April 1st, 2018 - please do not email or call prior to the application deadline. We thank you for your patience as we reviewing many non-profit organizations' applications!
