The Hamilton Flea is seeking food vendors that will provide patrons with a variety of unique food options to experience while shopping at a curated urban flea market in downtown Hamilton. Food vendors are expected to carry their own insurance and have a food license.
Fee structure: In an effort to make the event inclusive to a wide range of food vendors, we have structured our fees as follows:
$75 one-time event fee
If selected, the vendor will be emailed instructions on how to pay the applicable fee(s) for the event(s) electronically, as well as sign a terms & condition waiver form.
Event Dates and Registration Deadlines.
- May 13th, 2017 (April 2nd Deadline for Application)
- June 10th, 2017 (May 14th Deadline for Application)
- July 8th, 2017 (June 11th Deadline for Application)
- August 12th, 2017 (July 9nd Deadline for Application)
- September 9th, 2017 (August 13th Deadline for Application)
All events will run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
