2019 Hamilton Flea Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming an artisan at the Hamilton Flea! The application deadline is March 1st, 2019. Once the artisan application is received, the Hamilton Flea will make decisions on a rolling basis, with all applicants notified no later than April 1st. Please do not email prior to the application deadline.  We thank you for your patience as we select from so many high quality artisans!

*No "Direct Sales" vendors will be selected.*

Fee structure: In an effort to make the event inclusive to a wide range of talented vendors, we have structured our fees as follows: 

  • $60 one time event fee.  If selected, payment is due by the first of that event’s month.

  • Artisans are responsible for their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs.  Please note: Electricity will not be provided. 

  • Artisans will be expected to obtain a vendor's license in order to attend events.

    • Ohio law requires artisans to submit applicable vendor's licenses to the event coordinator in order to participate. 

If selected, the artisan will be emailed instructions on how to pay the applicable fee(s) for the event(s) electronically.
