Applications are available from Jan. 1st, 2018- March 15th, 2018 for the 2018 season.
*No "Direct Sales" vendors will be selected.*
Artisan Application: Once the artisan application is received, the Hamilton Flea will make decisions about applications for events by April 1st, 2018 - please do not email or call prior to the application deadline. We thank you for your patience as we select from so many high quality artisans!
Fee structure: In an effort to make the event inclusive to a wide range of talented vendors, we have structured our fees as follows:
$50 one time event fee. If selected, payment is expected no later than 2 weeks prior to each event.
Artisans are responsible for their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs. Please note: Electricity will not be provided.
Artisans will be expected to obtain a vendor's license in order to attend events.
If selected, the artisan will be emailed instructions on how to pay the applicable fee(s) for the event(s) electronically.
